For three consecutive years, EFM collaborated with the VAIO team – from content consolidation, messaging development to sketch, design and execution – to create an interactive sales assist
or education application that set the pace for other retailers.
With the help of focus group research, we strategized and designed everything from the actual display for the product and product showcase videos to interactive features and navigation of the demo application itself.
The demo app was deployed not once but four times within hundreds of regional stores across the country along with Sony Retail locations. With the help of Sony’s deployment team, we continually improved processes and user experiences to deploy a top-tier customer experience.
